• All product photos are mockups, and differences can occur between the mockup and the physical product.
• Manufacturing times are 3-4 weeks, this does not include shipping time.
• The shipping time at checkout is not the manufacturing time, it is the time after manufacturing it will take to arrive at your location.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-4 weeks to be printed and 2-4 days for shipping (Domestic Orders)

Do you offer refunds on apparel?

Are the product photos the same as the physical product?
There are differences between the mockups and the physical product, the product photos are mockups and are not exact compared to the final product.

Do you offer refunds on designs?
We do not offer refunds on any designs.

How long do designs take?
Designs take 1-4 days depending on the workload. 

Can changes be made after the store is up?
Designs can only be changed before print files are made. To make changes after there will be a fee. 

Do you offer a commission?
For new affiliates commission starts at 5%

How does your apparel fit?

Our sublimated apparel is made of polyester so there is a tighter fit than what you may be used to. You can view our size chart: Here
